Research on Interference Coordination Optimization Strategy for User Fairness in NOMA Heterogeneous Networks

نویسندگان

چکیده

In order to comprehensively improve the performance of edge users in heterogeneous cellular networks and fairness network users, a downlink interference coordination optimization strategy with non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) based on cell range expansion (CRE) almost blank subframe (ABS) technology is proposed. Different from traditional strategy, NOMA user pairing scheme combined ABS dynamic power allocation are designed maximize optimized throughput users. The simulation results show that proposed can balance more effectively than other algorithms without complexity being increased.

Interference Coordination in Femtocell Networks for QoS Performance Optimization

Heterogeneous networks with dense small cell deployment cause high inter-cell interference. To mitigate inter-cell interference, many interference coordination (IC) approaches have been proposed. For dense deployment with high interference among cells, traditional forward link IC approaches target on improving edge user throughput for infinite buffer traffic (i.e., FTP download), not necessaril...

Throughput-fairness optimization in energy-limited user-relay wireless networks

Throughput and fairness are conflicting objectives in many networking scenarios. To address this issue, relays have been considered/used to improve the overall throughput without sacrificing fairness. However, we observe that in a relay-based wireless network, throughput-based fairness significantly limits the performance of the relay users when they are energy limited. To overcome this issue, ...

Interference Coordination Oriented User Association Scheme in Cellular Relay Networks

Heterogeneous cellular networks (HCNs) will be the typical network structure for future mobile networks. Relay nodes (RNs), as one type of low power nodes in the HCNs, can be deployed to increase cell coverage and improve cell-edge user throughput. Since RNs may be densely deployed in hot traffic zones, the co-channel interference (CCI) is more serious and complex than that in the conventional ...

Heterogeneous LTE Networks and Inter-Cell Interference Coordination

Initial deployments of LTE networks are based on so-called homogeneous networks consisting of base stations providing basic coverage, called macro base stations. The concept of heterogeneous networks has recently attracted considerable attention to optimize performance particularly for unequal user or traffic distribution. Here, the layer of planned highpower macro eNBs is overlaid with layers ...

On User Pairing in NOMA Uplink

User pairing in Non-Orthogonal Multiple-Access (NOMA) uplink based on channel state information is investigated considering some predefined power allocation schemes. The base station divides the set of users into disjunct pairs and assigns the available resources to these pairs. The combinatorial problem of user pairing to achieve the maximum sum rate is analyzed in the large system limit for v...
